Should be better with GDIPP 0.7.6!! [link]
Install 0.7.6 version( not 0.9.1), when the programm call you where you will install it, put: IN REGISTRY( important), after go to program files-gdippfolder-copy the 2 dlls who are in the folder and paste they in system32( but let the originals in the folder, just copy!!)
And, mate, you will see what you will see when you reboot, sure 100% that you will like it!!
